On Tuesday, April 22, former Plainfield Central High School standout Ryan Daly’s college team won in an NCAA Division I baseball game

On Tuesday, April 22, former Plainfield Central High School standout Ryan Daly’s current college team, the Illinois Fighting Illini, won 19-8 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Indiana State Sycamores.

The game took place at Bob Warn Field. This was their second matchup against the Sycamores this season.

The Fighting Illini’s next game is scheduled for Friday, April 25 at 6 p.m. at Illinois Field against Purdue Boilermakers.
