Kaia Garnica, former Plainfield Central High School standout, played on Saturday, April 5 in NCAA Division I softball game

On Saturday, April 5, former Plainfield Central High School standout Kaia Garnica’s current college team, the Valparaiso Beacons, won 1-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Bradley Braves.

The game took place at Petersen Hotels Field. This was their first matchup against the Braves this season.

The Beacons’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 1:30 p.m. at Petersen Hotels Field against Bradley Braves.
