Plainfield North High School standouts Aiden Simmons and Alec Mallinder’s college team won in NCAA Division III baseball game on Wednesday, March 12

On Wednesday, March 12, former Plainfield North High School standouts Aiden Simmons and Alec Mallinder’s current college team, the Millikin Big Blue, won 15-5 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Franklin Grizzlies.

The game took place at John P. McDowell Field. This was their first matchup against the Grizzlies this season.

The Big Blue’s next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 4 p.m. at Workman Family Baseball Field against Cornell Rams.
