Aiden Simmons and Alec Mallinder, former Plainfield North High School standouts, played on Sunday, March 9 in NCAA Division III baseball game

On Sunday, March 9, former Plainfield North High School standouts Aiden Simmons and Alec Mallinder’s current college team, the Millikin Big Blue, won 6-5 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Coe Kohawks.

The game took place at Workman Family Baseball Field. This was their first matchup against the Kohawks this season.

The Big Blue’s next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 4 p.m. at John P. McDowell Field against Franklin Grizzlies.
