Danny DiMartino and Ryan Gerdes, former Plainfield North High School standouts, played on Saturday, March 8 in NCAA Division III baseball game

On Saturday, March 8, former Plainfield North High School standouts Danny DiMartino and Ryan Gerdes’ current college team, the North Central Cardinals, won 8-6 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Hanover Panthers.

The game took place at Don and Sue Schaly Field at Pioneer Park. This was their first matchup against the Panthers this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 4:50 p.m. at Don and Sue Schaly Field at Pioneer Park against Ohio Wesleyan Battling Bishops.
