District 202 high schools announce spring musicals | Plainfield East High School

District 202 high schools are preparing to showcase their spring musicals in March and April. Each school will present a unique production, providing students with the opportunity to perform and engage audiences.

Plainfield East High School will stage "Mamma Mia!" from March 13 to March 16, 2025. The musical features ABBA's songs and tells a story of love and friendship. Tickets are priced at $8 for adults and $6 for children, students, and seniors. They can be purchased online or at the door.

Plainfield North High School will perform "The Addams Family" on March 21 and March 22, with additional shows on March 22 and March 23. This comedy brings the eccentric family to life as Wednesday Addams introduces her boyfriend to her family. Tickets cost $10 for adults, with assigned seating available online or at the door.

Plainfield High School – Central Campus presents "Urinetown" on March 21, March 22, and March 23. Set in a future where water shortages have led to strict laws on toilet usage, this musical follows a young hero's fight against an oppressive regime. Ticket prices are $10 for adults and $8 for children, students, and seniors.

Finally, Plainfield South High School will present "Between the Lines" from April 11 to April 13. The story follows Delilah as she navigates new surroundings while finding solace in her favorite book. General admission tickets cost $10, with a discounted price of $5 for PSHS students available only at the door.
