The District 202 Board of Education is inviting nominations for its 33rd Annual Awards of Excellence. This award recognizes teachers and non-administrative staff who have made exceptional contributions to students and the district.
Nominations are open to students, staff, parents, and community members. Submissions can be made online or by downloading a paper form from the provided link: https://www.psd202.org/page/awards-of-excellence. Previous nominees and recipients are eligible for renomination.
All nominations must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Monday, February 10, 2025. The deadline will not be extended.
An awards ceremony will take place at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at Plainfield High School-Central Campus located at 24120 W. Fort Beggs Drive in Plainfield.
A committee from the Board of Education will review all submissions to select this year's honorees. Since its inception, the Board has recognized over 500 educators and staff with these awards.
