According to the announcement, the project included several key elements such as the replacement of the culvert, installation of a new water main, roadway reconstruction and widening, as well as the installation of new sidewalks, streetlights, streambank stabilization, and storm sewers. The final phase of parkway restoration and punch list work is scheduled for completion in the spring.

Crews are currently making final adjustments to the manhole framing. Installation of streetlight poles on Lockport Street continued during the week of December 9. Residents are advised to be aware of shifting traffic controls during this work.
